Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Brooklyn, NY to support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and authentic ALO branding. You will apply product knowledge, sales skills, and operational excellence to drive guest loyalty and contribute to a high-performing team.

In this role you’ll handle inventory, shipments, replenishment, and visual standards while collaborating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Constant movement around store and ladders/stockroom tasks
• Strong service mindset and ability to meet targets

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to improve processes
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stockroom management
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships for operations
• Contribute to a safe work environment and efficient store operations
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Assist in company operations initiatives with the Ops & Visual Management team
• Assist on product flow and daily replenishment
• Use business metrics to guide strategies and drive results
• Address client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Identify inventory needs to support business goals
• Keep store clean, safe, inviting, and efficiently operated
