Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest service and brand-driven operations. You will help manage inventory, assist with shipments, restocking, and maintaining visual standards while collaborating with store leadership.

This part-time, on-site role requires adaptability, strong customer focus, and the ability to move throughout the store and stockroom to keep operations smooth during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Comfort with constant movement and physical tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and moving objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Promote a safe work environment with strong stockroom practices.
• Move around the store to meet business needs and guest requests.
• Assist with company-level operations projects with the Ops/Visual team.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
