Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Short Hills to support store goals during peak periods and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes authentic connection, product knowledge, and teamwork, contributing to strong brand execution and a high-performing environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, shipments and replenishment, visual standards, and collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in and around all areas of store.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and fulfill business needs.
• Drive customer satisfaction by resolving client needs quickly and effectively.
• Assist in product flow and merchandising placements.
