Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help drive guest experiences and store performance. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, product flow, and strong customer service as part of a high-energy team environment.

Part-time, non-exempt role requiring up to 20 hours weekly, with flexibility during peak seasons and the Blackout period. Generous employee perks support well-being and engagement at work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Ability to move constantly in and around store areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers and replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors and facilities.
• Promote safe work environment and strong stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist in executing operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow including merchandising.
• Leverage store metrics to inform business-driven decisions.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
