Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak and high-volume periods with exceptional guest experiences and strong product knowledge. You will help drive operational excellence, loyalty, and a collaborative team environment.

The role involves inventory accuracy, floor replenishment, and visual merchandising, with a focus on maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy retail setting. This is a part-time position requiring movement throughout the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store and handle physical tasks.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment and floor replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with merchandising placement.
• Collaborate with store leadership on budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
