Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in a part-time, on-site role to support store goals during peak periods. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences through product knowledge, service, and authentic connection, while maintaining visual standards and efficient stockroom processes.

Responsibilities include inventory control, shipment/receiving, replenishment, and collaboration with store leadership to optimize operations and drive customer loyalty during the busy season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations.
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced peak-season environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and stockroom standards.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendors to keep operations efficient.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
