Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store role in the PHX-MESA/McKELLIPS, AZ location. You will help customers shop and locate products, provide a fast checkout experience with proper cash handling, and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards while promoting the VOC survey.

You will also assist with omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, stock and POg maintenance, and participate in truck unloading and frame shop tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Able to move throughout the store and lift items as needed

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store merchandise and assist with returns and restocks
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
