Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and private label card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, unloading trucks, planogram maintenance and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
