Michaels in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, process transactions, enroll guests in Rewards and Private Label, and support omnichannel operations including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

You will keep shelves stocked, participate in planograms, help with returns, and maintain a safe, well-merchandised store while adhering to SOPs. Flexible hours, an inclusive team, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back process and store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote positive image and be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
