Job summary

Michaels in Stoneham, MA is seeking store team members to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate checkout with accuracy. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in framing-related tasks.

Responsibilities include BOPIS and SFS support, truck unloading, planograms, stock recovery, and maintaining a well-merchandised store. Flexible hours include nights and weekends, and the role requires at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.
• Cross trained in framing selling and production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store by recovery, returns, and in-stock conditions
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs; promote respectful behavior
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
