Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member in Stoneham, MA, to deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store. You’ll ensure fast checkout experiences and handle cash to standards while unloading trucks and stocking merchandise across the floor.

You’ll engage customers in rewards programs, support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and participate in planogram and store recovery activities to keep the store well-merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking, SISO and AD set duties as assigned, and assist with shrink and safety programs.
