You’ll complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties, participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store, and support store recovery and safety programs.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, adherence to SOPs, and a positive, respectful team mindset. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with standard cash handling
• Engage customers on programs like Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise in-stock, and returns/go-backs
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Contribute to shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; uphold a positive, respectful environment
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
