Qualifications

• Familiarity with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support store merchandising and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with VOC surveys and customer feedback.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and assist with store recovery.
