Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Complete truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POG) maintenance, and store recovery.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Engage with customers on rewards programs and enrollments where applicable.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies, and promote a safe, respectful store environment.
