Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Portage, MI is hiring a part-time Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised.

You’ll participate in store recovery, assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and support safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes.升

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and locate products.
• Ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain stock and planograms.
• Contribute to store recovery, in-stock conditions, and compliance with SOPs.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment where applicable.
• Support omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; perform related duties as assigned.
