Michaels in Traverse City, MI is seeking friendly team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment. You will assist shoppers, handle checkout, maintain store standards, and participate in stocking, returns, and store recovery processes.

If you enjoy helping customers and working as part of a team, this role offers flexible hours, paid training, and employee discounts. Must be 16+ years old.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance for in-stock conditions.
• Perform In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact positively with others.
