Job summary

Michaels Stores in Southgate, MI is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise condition; manage returns/go-backs
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain a positive store image
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
