Job summary

Michaels Mansfield, MA is hiring a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions.

This role supports rewards enrollment, omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and adherence to SOPs while upholding our brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash-handling accuracy.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay in stock and shaved of shrink.
