Job summary

The Michaels Companies, North Haven, CT, is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to maintain a well-merchandised store.

Cross-training in framing is available and expected. Responsibilities include handling cash to standards, engaging customers on rewards programs, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and manage cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to keep store well merchandised.
• Participate in SISO, AD set duties, and support store recovery and shrink/safety programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and team.
