Job summary

Michaels in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking friendly Store Team Members to help customers, locate products, and keep our shelves well stocked and in order. You will assist with checkout, bag or scan items, participate in truck unloading and restocking, and follow SOPs to deliver great guest service and a safe, welcoming store environment.

Public retail environment; the position requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) maintenance.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and uphold SOPs.
