The Michaels Companies in Frisco, TX is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You may participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and reinforcement of store recovery standards, while following SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Operate fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking; maintain in-stock shelves.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label cards.
