Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Associate in Cedar Park, TX, to assist customers, process checkouts, and help maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store. You’ll engage shoppers, promote rewards and private label credit card enrollments, and support omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and following SOPs to uphold our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enroll them.
• Assist with store upkeep, restocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Support Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unloading and merchandise recovery.
