Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Spring, TX to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout experiences. You will handle cash, support the Rewards program enrollments, and participate in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and assist customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle transactions to standards.
• Engage customers in loyalty programs and enroll them in rewards or cards.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and seek feedback.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain stock, recover merchandise, and ensure in-stock conditions.
