Job summary

Michaels Cedar Hill is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers, stock shelves, and handle checkout with accuracy. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards, and support online-to-offline processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

The role requires retail or customer service experience and physical ability to stand and move throughout the store. Benefits include employee discounts and the Michaels benefits program.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock shelves
• Perform SISO and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and be a role model for teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
