Job summary

Michaels Stores in Goodyear West, AZ is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will handle fast checkout and cash handling, enroll customers in rewards programs, and participate in BOPIS and SFS processes.

You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and keeping the store in stock while supporting shrink and safety programs. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and recover damaged or unsold merchandise.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
