Job summary

Michaels Glendale, AZ is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You may assist with BOPIS/SFS processes and promote rewards and credit card enrollments. Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Support omni-channel processes and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure in-stock store conditions.
