Job summary

Michaels Stores in Glendale, AZ is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and maintain in-stock conditions to support our Brand Promises.

Candidates with retail or customer service experience are preferred. You will participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, assist with planograms, and support store recovery and safety programs. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery
