The Michaels Companies Goodyear West store is seeking an enthusiastic team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout experiences. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include engaging customers with the Rewards program, supporting Omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and adhering to SOPs while promoting our brand

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as needed.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers in-store.
• Complete checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves and perform planogram duties.
