Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and process checkouts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and engaging customers with rewards programs while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• U.S. federal, state and local legal requirements may apply to the job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep shelves in order.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Support omni‑channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
