Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking team members for a friendly, fast-paced retail environment in Webster. You will assist customers, help locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout with accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting BOPIS/SFS, stock replenishment, planograms, and safe store maintenance. Benefits and employee discounts are provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards and private label credit card enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance to stay well-merchandised and in-stock
