Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Webster, TX is seeking a team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate the register. You will help shoppers locate items, explain product features, and enroll customers in rewards programs to enhance their store experience.

Responsibilities include handling cash, participating in truck unloads, maintaining planograms, and supporting Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, while upholding store recovery standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and use ladders for high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers with rewards program enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining planograms
• Support shrink and safety programs
