Michaels is seeking a store associate in Indiana to assist customers, stock merchandise, and operate checkout efficiently. You will support BOPIS/SFS processes and contribute to a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and upholding store standards while engaging customers with Michaels rewards programs and enrollment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS & SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go-backs.
• Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote company values.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
