Michaels Stores is seeking a Truck Unloading and Stocking Team Member to support store operations. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience, while assisting customers and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role involves customer service and store maintenance, with opportunities to engage in omni-channel processes and POS transactions. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enroll them for Private Label Credit Cards.
