Job summary

Michaels Stores in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a friendly Store Associate to assist customers, stock shelves, and provide fast, friendly checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS to ensure a well-stocked, welcoming store experience.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willing to learn store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them where applicable
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance
• Support store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise returns/go-backs
• Familiar with store SOPs and company policies; maintain a positive, respectful demeanor
