Job summary

Michaels Stores in Spring, TX is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate items, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep our shelves well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, enrolling customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and upholding SOPs and safety standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally and promote the company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
