Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate at our Willowbrook, TX location to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers throughout the store. You will help shoppers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include processing BOPIS/SFS orders, stocking merchandise, executing planograms, and supporting store recovery to maintain an appealing shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate cash register and follow cash handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and process transactions.
• Encourage enrollment in rewards programs and private label credit cards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain well-merchandised, in-stock store and handle merchandise recovery.
