Job summary

Michaels is hiring at Store - HSTN-COPPERFIELD, TX to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout experience. As part of the team you will engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, guiding them to the best solutions.

You will also participate in truck unloads, stocking, planogram adherence, and omnichannel duties including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay standing for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; complete merchandise returns as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
