Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers in our Ramsey, MN store. You will assist shoppers, manage checkouts, and support merchandising and omni-channel processes including BOPIS/SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience and accurate cash handling
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Stock shelves and maintain planograms; participate in truck unloading
• Support store recovery, stock availability, and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; act as a positive role model for teammates
