You will participate in truck unload, stocking, shelf maintenance, and omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), with opportunities for employee discounts and store benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and related store tasks.
• Restock, complete truck unloads and maintain shelves and planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and policies.
