Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments and private label credit card options
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Perform store recovery to keep in-stock and well-merchandised sections
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact professionally and positively with customers and team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
