Job summary

Michaels Stores in Richfield, MN is hiring a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Team members must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; cash handling to standards
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
