Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at our Santa Rosa, CA location to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram upkeep to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Role includes engaging customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and supporting omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, with a focus on safety and SOP

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the return/go back process and general store recovery.
