Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer service-focused Store Associate for our Bloomsburg, PA location. You will assist customers in finding products, unload trucks, stock merchandise, and process quick, accurate checkouts.

You’ll promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, while guiding customers to use BOPIS and Ship From Store options. Roles include varied shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to provide fast, friendly checkout experiences and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to maintain stock and planograms.
• Provide a fast checkout experience and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in store recovery and merchandise maintenance to keep the store in-stock and presentable.
