Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Team Member for the Pitt-Monroeville, PA location. You will help customers find products, provide friendly checkout, and participate in stocking, merchandising, and omnichannel processes.

This role supports store recovery, shrink control, and safety programs while delivering our brand promises. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with duties spanning from assisting customers to processing transactions and maintaining a well-stocked store

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of rewards programs and private label cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store through recovery and returns process
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
