Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking-store team members in Uniontown, PA who excel in customer service and merchandise flow. You will help customers find products, complete fast checkouts, and engage shoppers in our Rewards program and private label credit cards.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, maintaining in-stock conditions, and supporting store recovery through planograms, SISO, and safety programs. Comfortable with standing, lifting, and evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Process fast and friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Support Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Help unload trucks and stock shelves; follow planograms.
