Job summary

Michaels Montgomery store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will handle fast checkouts, assist with rewards enrollments, and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.

Sixty-six employees will collaborate to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store while promoting the Michaels Rewards program and private label options. Flexible shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Ability to assist with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enrollments
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance; returns/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain professional conduct
• Interact respectfully; promote company vision and values; act as a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
