Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a retail team member to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store. You will help shoppers, manage checkouts, and promote rewards programs, while supporting omnichannel services and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on surveys and VOC.
• Support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and perform store recovery and returns handling.
