Job summary

The Michaels Companies in McMurray, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with product selection. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain store recovery while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

This role requires standing most of the shift and occasional early mornings, weekends, or evenings. We offer employee discounts and a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop; ensure fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs) and store recovery.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and enrollments; support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Complete in-stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties; follow SOPs and safety policies; support shrink reduction.
