Job summary

You will engage customers in the rewards programs, participate in omni-channel efforts like BOPIS and SFS, and contribute to a positive, respectful store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash transactions to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and creating planograms (POGs).
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; participate in merchandise replenishment.
