Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Lansing, MI is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well-merchandised while assisting customers with their needs.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting omnichannel processes, and complying with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience.
• Assist with truck unloading and replenishment of stock.
• Maintain store appearance and assist customers with needs.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
